Gemma, Matt and the MC team responded to an urgent request to turn a tired conventional en suite into a wet room. The space was small and there the design important. Gemma designed a contemporary layout that is both functional and works well. Matt, Nick the tiler and the rest of the MC team went out of their way to ensure the work was completed to the highest quality and in time for the return of my wife from her hip operation. I was so pleased with the service we received that the MC team that I asked them to replace my ageing boiler and to carry out the annual servicing.

Matt and his team helped with a full downstairs renovation of our property, including moving a boiler, installing necessary plumbing for a utility, kitchen, island, plus placement and installation of several new radiators. The team also helped advise on some suitable upgrades to existing pipe work to maximise overall effectiveness of the central heating. As a sub project within this, we also ended up needing to replace an existing show tray where the team installed a wet room tray and fully tanked the area. Several fitters wouldn’t take this on, but we are delighted with the result. Quality of workmanship is excellent, and Matt and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Matt is meticulous, reliable and communicates excellently - has never let us down. He has done both emergency as well as planned plumbing work for us and we have always been delighted with his service.
