We set Matt & Gemma an incredibly hard project to complete in a very limited time due to my hip operation date in the first week of November. They and their team pulled out every stop and we had the most amazingly beautiful wet room completed in time. They even put our bedroom back in order while my husband drove me to the hospital. I can’t thank them enough for being so responsive to what was a pretty late request from us. Everything from the initial planning through to little extra artistic extras, was done with such efficiency, skill & expertise, by a team of tradesmen who were all so friendly and determined to get it complete in time. I can’t thank them enough and look forward to my shower each morning, less than a week since surgery.

Gemma, Matt and the MC team responded to an urgent request to turn a tired conventional en suite into a wet room. The space was small and there the design important. Gemma designed a contemporary layout that is both functional and works well. Matt, Nick the tiler and the rest of the MC team went out of their way to ensure the work was completed to the highest quality and in time for the return of my wife from her hip operation. I was so pleased with the service we received that the MC team that I asked them to replace my ageing boiler and to carry out the annual servicing

Really brilliant service from Gemma and Matt. As a complete newbie to renovations, they were supportive, clear and communicated all the way through. The quality of their team and subcontractors was brilliant. I expected mess and chaos for weeks, but the teams were really professional.
The design done by gemma is great – adjusting to feedback and budget, I would never have come up with such a creative use of space thay feels really high quality. Time to save up to do our next bathroom with them

Matt and his team have done a wonderful job on our renovated cottage, fitting full central heating, kitchen, shower room and bathroom. Reasonably priced and providing work of the highest quality. A well organised team and a pleasure to have around. Much appreciated.

MC Plumbing and heating are a first Class professional outfit. They were punctual, professional and described what was required in plain English not using technical jargon. They were very clean, tidying any rubbish the work created. No hidden costs and a good price for the work that was done. So much so I will be getting them back to quote for my new bathroom
