Berwick Hill Road

This beautiful 1930s end-of-terrace home in Ponteland had a generously sized ensuite that had become cold, damp and rarely used. The brief was to completely reimagine the space, with the priority being a spacious walk-in shower and a luxurious, hotel-inspired feel using natural materials and calming tones.

We explored several layout options before arriving at a design that completely transformed the room. By reconfiguring the space, we created a generous walk-in shower, a bespoke vanity with elegant wall lighting, and a layout that immediately draws your eye as you enter. Underfloor heating added an extra touch of comfort, enhancing the luxury experience.

The finished ensuite is warm, inviting and practical—a space that feels like a boutique hotel every day. The transformation was remarkable, and the clients were delighted to finally have an ensuite they genuinely love using.
